From humble beginnings to world fame
The idea of an inflatable air wedge concept was originally invented by a Danish carpenter back in 1993. He worked on a jobsite where he struggled to install big, heavy, and expensive mahogany windows. He got a great idea: air under pressure is both powerful and precise! And that was the birth of the invention of the now world-famous WINBAG.
Today, the WINBAG continues to win design and innovation awards, and new products, functionalities, and features are brought to market to help our customers succeed in their projects. The WINBAG is purposely designed with the user in mind and now comes in four different types: ORIGINAL, CONNECT, MINI, and MAX to empower both professionals and DIYs alike.
Production
It is an absolute priority for us to use the best tools and materials in the WINBAG production. Only this way can we deliver the quality products our customers have come to expect. WINBAGS are typically used in harsh environments and therefore must be able to withstand lifting, leveling, or adjusting while functioning at full ability and without degrading. To meet these standards, we run our manufacturing facilities with highly automated production lines to eliminate errors and ensure consistent output and quality.
To this day, the WINBAG is manufactured in Denmark and is the highest quality original brand. The WINBAG employees are all dedicated to making remarkable products and supporting customers worldwide.
